Bought the hm122 a year and half ago. Just getting around to putting in a review. I've been busy building a mill/ implement shed and a duck house. The folks at woodland are great to deal with , helpful and knowledgeable. Mill was well packaged. Fit nicely in the back of my pickup. Took about 1 day to set up. With a little adjusting, the mill cut nice and straight. Been cutting mostly pine and aspen. I see that they now offer the 9hp engine. I would recommend the 9hp over the 7hp. Sometime wish my saw had just a little more power especially when cutting close to full width. Other than that, great purchase. Will gladly buy from woodland mills again. Bjorn
The shipping was fast. Setup was easy and it saws excellent lumber. No regrets.
Started easy. Some assembly instructions need improved upon but really fairly easy to assemble. Cuts logs right away.
This mill works just as described. Take the extra time on setup to enjoy trouble free milling.
Awesome machine, my boys won't let me play with it, they are always cutting something. Money well spent
This is a great sawmill. The value for the money is incredible and the ease at which the blade cuts through the logs without any hesitation is impressive. You'll want to set aside a couple days to assemble your mill and then have fun cutting your first log! Customer Support is awesome and they will walk you through the build if needed. I called them twice and both times they were very responsive and helpful. For the money you cannot go wrong with Woodland Mills. So happy I did not by a chainsaw mill. This is much more efficient and cost effective in the long run.
Works great, more than enough power, easy to set up and easy to operate.
VERY well made! I have been cutting Madrone slabs for tables and benches. They come out beautifully and require very little sanding...Also making 2X2 oak legs Love my mill! It will soon pay for itself.
